To Schedule an initial Intake appointment for the MENTAL HEALTH program:

You may call our Intake Department for a consultation, where our staff of professionals are ready to assist you in scheduling an intake appointment. Appointments are offered at all of our convenient locations. To schedule an initial appointment, call; (646) 992-3357, Press 1. Please be sure to have your current insurance and PCP information available when calling.
